This edition of the famous Rolex Presidential Day-Date is absolutely stunning with a rare and vibrant coral red dial. Typically. Rolex dress watches feature muted dial colors. However. for a few decades during the 70s. 80s. and 90s. some Day-Date watches were produced with what are now referred to as "Stella Dials" in rich lacquered hues. They're very rare and collectible. and we have a remarkable example for sale here today. Ref. 1803 is a vintage Rolex Presidential Day-Date in pink gold. Features include a fluted bezel. acrylic crystal. automatic mechanical movement. and a coral red dial decorated with yellow gold markers and Tritium lume.
This "Stella" is special for many reasons. One being the gorgeous pink/coral lacquered dial and two being the stunning pink gold case and bracelet. Pink gold Day-Dates are not common to begin with so having one with a "Stella" dial is just fantastic. In addition. this watch has a jubilee bracelet adding to the unique overall look and feel.
